This problem is caused by either wear or mis-adjustment of the clutch contact assembly. The exact repair process will depend on the model of Kodak Slide Projector, but if you take it to a factory-trained repair dealer, they will be able to make the repair or adjustment for you.

Image flashes for one second on screen then goes away

There could be a few different issues that could cause the behavior you're describing. Here are a few possibilities:

HDMI connection issue: Make sure the HDMI cable is properly connected to both the TV and the laptop. If you're using a HDMI splitter or HDMI switch, make sure those are also properly connected.

HDMI port issue: If you've tried multiple HDMI cables and still have the issue, there could be an issue with the HDMI port on the TV or laptop. You could try a different HDMI port on the TV or laptop, or use a different device to see if the issue persists.

Display settings: Make sure the display settings on the laptop are set to display on the external monitor (the TV in this case). If the laptop is set to display on the built-in monitor, it may cause the display to flash on and off.

Hardware issue: If none of the above solutions help, there could be a hardware issue with the TV or laptop. It's possible that the display controller or other hardware component is faulty and causing the display to flash on and off. In this case, it may be necessary to have the device repaired or replaced.

I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

When I tried to use my carousel projector after many years, the slide dropped into place and stayed there as it should. The image on the screen was just momentary; it seemed to get covered up immediately....

It sounds like the "Dark Shutter" needs adjustment (or possibly the tension spring has fallen off. The adjustment is one that usually requires the repair manual and a special tool to re-form the shutter latch.
I would recommend seeking out a authorized repair dealer.
Sorry I don't have an easy fix for you!

Make default webcam

This process will set your webcam to do default in every Flash application: Go to this free webcam test site. When prompted click on Allow access to your webcam. If you don't see yourself right away in the Live Camera window, click in the drop-down list of webcams below the window, and select your webcam. Once you can see yourself, put your cursor within the video image and right click. Select Setting. On the left side make sure Allow and Remember are checked. Now close it, and going forward Flash will remember your preferred webcam.

Screen went dark (almost completely)

check your power cord and make sure it's plugged in all the way, and if it is, check your brightness setting.

Usually it's the Fn key + an arrow key. Make sure the brightness is up all the way
