My guess is fuel tank not venting properly. Run it until failure, remove fuel cap. If it starts immediately, then tank vent is obstructed.

I have an em3500 honda generator which starts stalling out after 1/2 hour to an hour like it is running out of gas and then shuts off. I can restart it and it will run for 1/2 hour to hour and do the same...

Recheck for spark when it stalls. If you have lost spark I would say a heat damaged coil.

You should also drain and inspect the carb bowl. You may have low fuel flow which limits full throttle operation to 30 minutes or less. When it dies you are just refilling the bowl for the next run.

Check your spark plugs, see if they are failing, if they are then your motor is getting to hot. meaning that you either have the fuel mixture set to high or the setting on the spark plugs are not correct causing you to burn hot.

try removing the carb bowl and check for dirt/water etc , also if the machine is over heating it may be getting vapour locked

I would look for the fuel filter. Blow it our. I know you have a new tank of gas, but you might want to empty it out and make sure the clean and put in new. Even with Stabil in the gas you might just have to much condensation in the tank
