Hey i am using sony cybershot dsc-t900 ....and the camera touch is not working for me....to say exactly it is working but the bottom part of the camera is not working....if i press ok it is choosing the upper part.....and cant even go to the settings ...please help me to get out of this immediately

I called Sony, did what they said, and now my camera is working just fine...no more blurry pics. Go to menu, click arrow right, click arrow down 3x till you get to "Setup 1," click arrow right scroll down to "Initialize," click to right, select OK, press center button. This initialized everything back to default settings and now I don't have blurry pictures anymore.

for anyone who wants to know how i solved my problem with the flash saying it cannot be changed...

If you go into the camera settings; look under rec mode. It might be in "burst" mode. Flash will only work while in "normal" mode.

Hi Jim,
Have you tried resetting all settings on the camera? On a Sony camera, it is called "initialize". The initialize setting is found by going to the menu, and tabbing down until you find an option called either "reset settings" or "initialize settings" and then confirm it.
Many times that will fix the issue, in case something has either been enabled/disabled on accident, or the software is sticking (which happens from time to time)
