Smeg washer error code E11 means motor triac short error. The motor control triac is a small component mounted on the controller and is used to switch your motor on and off. Check the mains supply, the main control module and the main drive motor. It is also possible that the part is failing under load and needs replacing.

The sound become beet? We need a little more detail. Look in the owner's manual and tell us what is error e9.

This happened to us before and we had to actually reset the unit. I had to call the tech support and they walked me through the process.
SOURCE: HE3t f20 error
We had the same problem with a new machine. We washed one load successfully and the second time we got the F20 code. Sears came out and determined it was a bad valve. They had to then schedule another service call to fix it.
The new part was shipped to our house. The repairman showed me the old valve with some black debris on it, saying that our lines were dirty and that contributed to the problem, but its hard to understand how one use of the machine would clog a good valve. Anyway, with the new valve the machine works fine.

You have a blockage not allowing the drum to empty.
Check for blockages via the pump filter and the hoses
F05 means blocked pressure switch
If it still won't work come back to me

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Haier 'Err 2' decodes as 'drainage error, water not emptied within 4 minutes'. I would suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults', such as slow emptying, are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside!
Here are my guidance notes for checking both the drain filter and the drain motor ;-0)
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and most are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play!
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. If it doesn't work then the motor is malfunctioning!
Hope the filter is the problem and good luck!
