im no expert but the smaller nokia lumias have less ram memory & don't work well with some apps my old 610 didn't like some of the camera apps & used to freeze my 720 & 1020 don't, try rebooting your phone now & again, that tends to solve a number of problems.
There is no FixYa App, however the FixYa mobile can be downloaded to your mobile desk top by clicking on the pop up that will frequently appear from the bottom of the screen. FixYa Mobile is completely free.

No, there isn't compatible skype application for this model. But you can use other IM apps like WebMsgr and IMPlus Talk to access skype on your phone. You can download them from HERE. The select apps are for your phone, you don't need to re-select the phone model (if you are asked), I've already selected it for you. Click the name of the app/s and follow the onscreen instructions, you'll have two options, download the app to your computer and then transfer it to your phone, or you can directly download the app/s to your phone.
