PLEASE - be more specific. I need more information than that - thank-you. I understand you are trying to reinstall something but I don't know what that something is or the error message you are getting. Specifics please or post a screen shot
I would contact the manufacturer, or take it to an appliance repair and see if they have something that may fit. Or check your local hardware store for something that will fit.
The camera only says please turn off and then turn on again, when something serious is wrong. Could be a mechanical problem. like a lens that got stuck, but also when the camera can't access the memory. Please don't hurt your camera. Only when you know why and how to tap, it could help. But just tapping won't solve anything.
If the lens is really stuck, and you don't know what caused this, probably you can't solve this. When inside something broke, you can't solve this. Did you try to remove the battery for a little while and replacing it. Sometimes it can reset and forget a sensor is telling something is wrong. But really, if nothing helps, you only can get advice in a repair shop or with Panasonic.
Which profile on which website(s) are you looking to view? It depends on the website, but that's typically something developers will build in to their site--not something that you can alter on your own. The closest thing you could do would be to find a site counter (i.e., at www.bravenet.com/webtools and post it on your MySpace.
