You only see standby voltage if the power board is in "sleep mode" or PMW isn't enabled. Test the power on pin on the power supply, see if you see standby voltage there as you turn the TV on, if you don't look at a bad main, if you do it's a power board issue.

Your problem appearing after the TV has 'warmed' up indicates a faulty electronic circuit board/power supply: if not under guarantee, it may not be cost effective to get it repaired.

All electronic equipments have fuse in the power supply section.
In your projector it is inside the unit. The fuse of projectors will blows only if there is any trouble in the power supply. Just try to replace the fuse in the power supply board. It will be near the input connector. If the fuse again blews then you have to replace the power supply board. Because the components in a projector power supply is rearly available. You will not be able to access the fuse with out oppening the projector.

Power supply board have problems,just not dead yet.Replaced the power supply board,will solved this problems.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

I recheched the A board, and at the spot where the three projectors plug in I unplugged them and reseated the plugs. When I powers the set back up it all works fine. Thank you, but I no longer need assistance. I will contact you in the future if I need assistance again.

The substance that you are looking at is ethylene glycol, which is better known as anti-freeze, but it is optically clear. If it leaked on to a circuit board, this is not a good sign. I have not been able to repair a set that has been contaminated with this fluid. If your set still works you can replace the fluid and the set will be fine, do not run the set without this fluid as it will cause the CRT to overheat and may crack.

remove the top, front and rear panels (4 copper screws and 4 silver screws on bottom, 2 silver on back). there are 2 fuses for the power supply. the left board (looking from the rear) is the ac filter board, and has a fuse near the plug. the right board is the power supply/ballast board, and has one fuse near the back center, but it is soldered in. if the fuses are bad, replace only with the same size fuse. to replace the power supply (either board), just remove the screws and plugs and replace with part numbers 510-1908-00 (ac filter) and 520-0143-00 (power supply).
