Not all the time, but sometimes on a 'cold' wash, the washing is not spun and I have to programme a spin at the end. This does not happen all the time. Anybody else get this problem?

have you tried any other cycles?does the drum turn at all?belt or brushes in motor may be cause

Could be several reasons:
- Selected the "Night cycle" program (means standing with the drum full of water, reason: too much noise in the spin cycle)
- Set to the "Rinse hold" (means standing with the drum full of water, reason: wrinkles on the clothes)

According to your description I think that this is not a failure otherwise error E20 will be appears on display.

Once the washing programme has come to an end, END illuminates on the programme progress display.
If RINSE HOLD was selected, the display beside the START/ PAUSE button flashes.
1. After a rinse hold, the water must first be pumped out:
- Either press the START/PAUSE button (the water is pumped out and the washing is spun according to the completed programme;
After the START/PAUSE button is pressed again, the spin speed can still also be changed during spinning), or
- Turn the programme selector to PUMP OUT and press the START/PAUSE button (the water is pumped out without spinning),or
- Turn the programme selector to SPIN or SHORT SPIN and press theSTART/PAUSE button (the water is pumped out and the washing is spun or gently spun).
At the end of this programme step, the END indicator will illuminate.
2. Open the door.
As soon as the DOOR indicator lights up green, the door can be opened.

I do not have a solution but also have the same issue. That is when putting on a cotton programme, the superwash light comes on at the end of the programme and I am unable to open the door as it remains locked. I then have to put it to a rinse or spin cycle as it does not seem to have spun the clothes at all.

Since it can spin by selector then there is no problem with the spinning mechanism. Need to call warranty service to address the electronic sensor control.

All dishwashers use hot water supply.

This happens to me sometimes....it's generally resolved when I hit the extra spin and just run the whole cycle again.

you may just be overloading the machine when you wash. it's based on time, so if you have too much in there for it to spin out properly, it'll appear as though it hasn't completely spun out

more than likely the pump needs replacing, first of all remove the outlet drain hose from the the place it discharges and lower it into a bucket,this should allow it to syphon away,you may need to empyt the bucket a few times once the machine is empty you should be able to put it on its spin cycle once it has spun locate and remove the filter to remove any objects or lint, fill machine with warm water and try to drain and spin via the programme,if this do not work fit a new pump

There is not a Spin Only Cycle BUT there is a REFRESH cycle that will take about 10 minutes.

Sometimes when the load is unbalanced and the machine can not balance the load by itself, the clothes will remain soaked. To avoid this, make sure you always have a balance of small and large things and when loading your machine, do not shove the items in so they ball up.
