Before any parts are replaced, it needs to be determined if the brake pedal switch is being actuated properly and functioning properly. After that, the interlock solenoid needs to be checked, as well as the linkage.

2004 Ford Fusion Auto, clicking from pedal area when braking and going back on to accelerator.

Hello, Check under the Drivers side dash. Look at the top of the brake pedal lever and there is a switch there. Sometimes the switch gets kicked and damaged or just shifted in its' holder. The switch is most likely working as it is the one which allows you to shift out of Park when depressing the brake pedal.

You can check your brake lights too, but they may work if the switch case is broken and not shorted.

The noise and the kick back you are experiencing is the ABS system kicking in which should not happen unless you completely lock up the brakes.

Brake pedal kicks back every second or two when i brakes

Sounds like the ABS is activating. Have the OBD scanned for codes. May be a bad wheel sensor.

Brake Pedal pulses back at my foot when I step on brake; kind of like ABS beginning to kick in.

How old are the brakes? It sounds like you may have a warped rotor.
