DC is good, unit has dc to back lights pump workd good.
If it's a refrigerator problem, I would look towards the rear circuit board first. It sounds to me like you probably have an issue with your inverter. The refrigerator operates on 12V DC, not AC. So when you unplug it, it should stay on and simply start working on the LP side of things. Try hooking the refrigerator up to an independent 12V battery. It should work perfectly fine when you unplug the unit from AC at that point. You most likely have something called AC ripple caused from a bad inverter. You more than likely need to replace the control cable between the upper and lower board. It comes as a kit with the upper board. You can also do a bypass test by unplugging your thermoster from the circuit board. The thermoster is the temperature control for the refrigerator nothing to do with the freezer.

SOURCE: RV refrigerator works fine on AC power. Burns for 30 seconds on gas power then shuts off.
tap on the gas valve with a wrench,not too hard but not too light about 10 times,the valve is probably sticky from not being used,re-light and see what happens.

If you look at the last page of the parts list (page 10) it is showing a thermostat across the Black and white wires.
There is not a fuse that I can see. The fuse has to be external to the unit. You should be able to read continuity (resistance) of the AC heating element at the power cord with the AC switch ON.
AC Power source must be removed to perform resistance checks.
No continuity there are 2 possibile failures (Other than wiring)
1. AC heating element
2. Thermostat.
