How do i access the area below my washer basin/tub?

Whirlpool Cabrio WTW8600 washer. there is clothing stuck between the inner tub and the outer tub. I can't figure out how to access that area to remove the clothing.

its fitted by a screw, pull the cap in the center and you will find the screw there. unscrew it to remove the cloth.

Washer stopped draining

Something like a sock or small rag is stuck in Pump. That will have to be removed if possible or replace Pump.

SE means drain error, Sounds like your drain is blocked. You may have access to it through the front at the bottom but If you cant access it from the front You will have to tilt the machine back as far as safely possible to access the bottom of the machine. Locate the drain pump which will be at the bottom font or back corner and remove the hose that connects the pump to the tub, you will need to have a basin ready to catch any water. You most likely have a sock or something stuck. Hope this helps

You may have access to it through the front at the bottom but If you cant access it from the front You will have to tilt the machine back as far as safely possible to access the bottom of the machine. Locate the drain pump which will be at the bottom font or back corner and remove the hose that connects the pump to the tub, you will need to have a basin ready to catch any water. I have a samsung front load washer that is displaying 5E and door is locked wont open, i tried turning it off and door still wont un lock

Sound like your drain pump is blocked. Tilt the machine as far back as you can to access underneath. The drain pump is located at the rear corner. Make sure to have a basin and remove the pipe going from the drain pump to the tub and see if anything is obstructing the pipe or stuck in the tub, is usually a sock. Hope this helps.

Sounds like the blockage is closer to the drum, Tilt the machine as far back as you can to access underneath. Make sure to have a basin and remove the pipe going from the drain pump to the tub and see if anything is obstructing the pipe or stuck in the tub, is usually a sock. Hope this helps.

Drum is stuck

Maybe that a sock or other piece of clothing get between the clothes tub and the outer tub. Open washer's main access panel and remove the large-diameter rubber hose that connects the pump to the bottom of the outer tub. Then,try to remove the clothing through the port. keep a rag nearby to dry up spillage of water when removing the rubber host. Good luck !!

I surely wish I had good news, but most likely you will have to find & pay someone to completely dis-assemble the washer to do this.
If you lived in my area of Florida, I would send you to an older man who knows all there is to know about Kenmore (Whirlpool) washers, and he could tell you if is possible.
Do you have anyone in your area who you could ask?
Specifically, someone who is older, experienced, and works out of their garage, or small workshop.
