Ac compressors do not like the modified sine wave inverters. Yes it will work if the inverter and battery bank you have in place will allow for 16-19 amp draw on startup. 11-14 amp load continuous draw. This is measured per minute not per hour.

If your inverter puts out enough power, sure. It may drain your batteries pretty fast, though. Check the power rating of your AC and compare it to the power output of the inverter. Add a safe margin for everything else you want to run at the same time.

I have a Dometic 15K roof Ac on my FW. After the AC reaches therm temp, the compressor and the fan turn off, but the fan starts right back up again and runs until you set the thermostat on off.

That is normal operation, only the compressor cycles, the fan stays running to keep air circulating for better temp control. Otherwise the rear of the space could get 5 degrees warmer than the front

You can use Dometic Brisk Air II model for your RV. It has 13,500 BTU capacity. I used this air conditioning unit for last 2 years on my RV truck. If you want to know more about this unit, you can check this link. https://coolingmyrv.com/

sounds like it is skipping the motor I mean, I am assuming that it was replaced with the correct motor(rpms,hp,volts). As if it was not it will skip, like it is doing now.

I have a new Dometic Brisk Air Rooftop 13500BTU that is not cooling? Are these units serviceable?

If your referring to adding freon, they are a closed system. With that said, if it's new, there should be a warranty on it anyway. What have you tested so far? Who installed it?

Fan blades on dometic brisk air needs to be replaced

Roof top cover will have to come off, to get accesss to it. Not too hard to do, but may want to spray shaft in area of blade with WD_40 or similar to remove rust , and make on & off easier. Here's a link to dealer locator for Dometic. Any dealer should be able to get you a new one pretty quick, or most even have used ones from units previously removed from RV's if your stuck.
