Give the Cricut a break. Turn the Cricut off and allow it to rest for about 10 minutes each hour. Try using a different cartridge. ... If the Cricut continues to freeze, please contact Member Care through one of the options below for further assistance.
from what i can tell, the cricut expression has dials and the cricut expression 2 has a touch screen. Also, I believe the newest one is a little larger in size.
Hi, My cricut expression is more then 5 years old. I used it one day and the next day I would not come on (it dose Nothing at all). I brought a new power cord from cricut and still nothing. I'm unable to buy a new one Please help if you can. Thanks!!
you have something under the mat or the mat is bent. If you are using Expression which I assume you are if it is cutting on the right then make sure you haven't got your mat kinked. It should line up with the side on the left and the little bar on the base of the machine on the right. Try putting it in portrait made and doing some cuts to see if the same things happen. Flo
Sheila, After much useless searching and an hour on hold with Cricut support, I finally got an answer. It would seem that the cradle arm is not a replaceable piece. Cricut can not supply anything to fix the problem. However, I have found that if you can get the cradle arm back into position you can lock it into place with the thumb screw. It will still hold the blade housing and marker/pen housings, you just have to be careful when removing them to make sure you don't damage your project. Hope this helps.
after doing some research i found a lot of problems with the machines purchased this xmas exp the colored ones the best thing is to contact cricuit and see if they will replace them
I would contact cricut because you may have a defective machine. I had an expression and cut one thing then it froze. We did the reset and that did not resolve the issue. Cricut had me send my machine back and they shipped a new one. Mind you they will put a charge on your credit card only to protect themselves. You just ship yours to them the way they tell you in the one you receive. Let me know if you do not have their contact number.
