What is the reset code

A CM 95 (CM codes are after the separator pulse), means that at some point in the past (perhaps one of those stalls/no starts), there was a full open/short to ground in the fuel pump circuit. A CM code without an accompanying KOEO code also indicates an intermittent fault.
Reset the OBD1 memory at pay attention to the wiring, if it comes back.

You can't , light flashing there is a problem , code set , read code , do the diagnostics for that code , fix the problem an the light will go out .

The pump will only operate when the ambient temperature is above 4?C. EO3 Temperature too low The pump thermometer is broken. If your pump is displaying this message and the ambient temperature is above 4?C. Please contact us for more help.

sounds like ure pump is blocked

Disconnect the battery for 30 minutes. On cars , this resets the computers. Back to factory specs. Worth a shot. If the sensor worked before, most likely it is good.

You will need a scanner put on it,with body module software,to diagnose the issue. If the Fuel Pump has a Driver Module,you won't see voltage unless certain conditions are met
Did you check fuel pressure at rail when cranking.
Without a wiring diagram of your veh,your pretty much done. Too high tech
I assume you got a crank sensor signal and spark,while cranking.
No codes stored,even without a MIL Light?

To reset the oil change maintenance light is somewhat tricky.
When you first turn the car on ( without starting it ), you have 5 seconds to pump the gas 3 times. If it's done correctly, the display will say RESET in a few seconds.
