Hi,I dont know about AEG but on some of the washing machines that I have done,I found that they are located on the back of the machine, and they just unscrew anti clockwise, and you should have some plastic blanks that go in the holes.
I hope this was some help, all the best.
Have you undone the fixings that come fixed to it they are located at the back and are generally large bolts or screws if you have.then you need to adjust each foot or check that the weights are not out of line.good luck.hope it is the holding screws for transit.
Check that the "transit bolts" are not holding the tub to the body. They are there to stop the bowl from bouncing around during transport.. Located at rear.... To check, see if you can feel easy movement between bowl and cabinet..If the bowl movement is restricted, unscrew the 'bolts'...Good luck....Nomess
There is (10) Ten head bolts located between each valve spring. They are torqued between 110/135 ft lbs the head may require some minor prying between the bottom of the head and the top of the block.
Hiya .. the transit bolts are located under the lid at either side ..or at the rear... they are fairly long bolts which hold the drum and balance in place.. until installation. they will be sheathed in fairly hefty rubber grommets.
Screws for removal of lid located at the rear..2- or 4.. remove these slide lid front to back.. remove bolts if they are they are present... refit lid... note uneven siting of an appliance can cause excessive vibration as well!
