If this is a Bosch dishwasher, the E15 error indicates water in the base of the unit. You need to unplug the dishwasher and pull it out (if it is an under-counter unit) carefully. Empty the water from the base. Sometimes tipping the unit so that the base is tilted 45 degrees from the floor will help the water flow out. Make sure that the entire base is dry.
Replace the dishwasher under the cabinet (if needed) and plug it back in. If the error repeats at the next cycle, you need to determine where the dishwasher is leaking. It could be the outlet hose, the pump or the tub. Replace the bad part. If the dishwasher is under warranty, contact Bosch.
I hope this helps.

(if you recently had a flood either under the kitchen sink or an overflow at that sink, you just need to dry the dishwasher base.)
Thank you for your inquiry, Carol!
From what you have described your Electrolux range is displaying an error code of E15. I see you have reset your breaker and continue to receive the error code. The error code E15 means that your ESEC (Electronic Surface Element Control) test failed this could be a problem with your relay board or UIB (User Interface Board). When you reset your breaker did you leave it off for at least ten minutes? That is the best way to reset your range. You may need to seek assistance from a professional technician for proper diagnosis and repair. This will help you to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. Hopefully this information is helpful. -Matt
Thank you for your post, friend!
From my understanding your Electrolux range is displaying an error code of "E15". An "E15" code stands for the ESEC self-test failed. This might be an issue with your ESEC (Electronic Surface Element Control) board or ESEC-UIB (User Interface Board). Before seeking any assistance with a professional technician I would advise you to perform a reset on your range. You can perform a reset by disconnecting power from your range for roughly ten minutes. If that does not help resolve your current issue I would suggest consulting with a technician for repairs. Hopefully this information is helpful. -Matt
