Hi i have the same problem code E20 what i did to resolve this matter was i popped down to my shed and got my trusted friend the sledge hammer i unpluged the machine and smashed the hell out of it and went and brought a new machine.........
Hi,
The trouble with that darn E20-error, is that it might refer to any blockage in the water supply. So cleaning the pump is usually a first, but it might also be a blockage in the soap tray (when available), the tap or the hose attached to the tap. Sometimes, it seems most likely that the real cause is somewhere you clean less than the pump.
Hope this helps resolving it.
God Bless
Stopp

Hello. I got error code C9 on a LAVAMAT 86800. It pumped in water, and it pumps out water. You can select pump in or out....But the motor dont turn. It will not sentrifuge. So I bought new carbon brush'es on the net. One of them were totally wore down. Now it works. They lasted for 10 years.
SOURCE: What means error code
Hi,
C9 Indicates Motor Fault. It seems that the Carbon Brushes have Worn out.
Replace it and more likely it would Fix the Problem.Once you replace that, you need to put the machine into Service Mode to Reset the Error.
Steps for Reset the Error Code
1. Press and Hold the Prewash and Soaking Buttons Together.
2. Whilst Holding them, Turn the Dial from Off one Click Anti Clockwise
Note - If problem persists, Check the motor plug for broken wires and check the state of the carbon brushes.
Let me know, if needed further assistance.
Hope i helped you.
Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
