You will need to type into your search engine 'aeg washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download a manual for free or have to pay a nominal amount. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number!

C7 error is th\at no heating of the water has happened. check the heater (most likeley) also can be faulty relay on electronic. ntc fault, pressure switch or wiring to any of them.

its not the heat element its the water pump i would say it has gone to ground try disconnecting the water pump if the fuse does not trip then replace the water pump

Try filling with hot and cold water, the water valve solenoid may have failed.

A valid point but unfortunately your machine is programmed to take both and will register this as a fault.
This is probably not what you wanted to hear but please dont shoot the messenger.

can't see any reason why you can't use solar heated water as long as the pressure is sufficient for the machine. this is important
