My weedeater fb25 blower start cord won't retract. how do I fix this please?

it's hard to get it running again...probably it's not worth a try...
- you should open the carburetor, dry and clean it.
then the spark plug has to be removed and dried with a blow torch, also inside the cylinder opening.
then you better buy a can of starter spray to ease a start procedure.

Press primer bulb 6 times
Move throttle lever to start position
Move choke lever to full choke position
Pull starter rope sharply until engine attempts to start, but no more than 5 pulls.
Move choke lever to half choke position. Pull starter rope sharply engine runs. If engine hasn't started after 5 pulls, repeat all steps above.
After warming up for 10 seconds, move choke lever to run position.

Regular unleaded with whatever oil mix the fuel cap has on it.

Try to avoid gasoline with high ethanol content. You can look online and find alcohol-free gas in your area. You wont regret it!

Initial start adjustment is 1 full turn out on both low and high side.

change the spark plug--put fresh fuel in gas tank 89 octane mix

Because of Federal Emission standards all newer 2 stroke engines are tuned extremely lean. You can have it adjusted and richen the mixture.

Test the kill switch first, disconnect the kill switch and see if you have spark. Then the kill switch is not working or is grounding out. If not, the problem could be the ignition module.
