it's hard to get it running again...probably it's not worth a try...
- you should open the carburetor, dry and clean it.
then the spark plug has to be removed and dried with a blow torch, also inside the cylinder opening.

Press primer bulb 6 times
Move throttle lever to start position
Move choke lever to full choke position
Pull starter rope sharply until engine attempts to start, but no more than 5 pulls.
Move choke lever to half choke position. Pull starter rope sharply engine runs. If engine hasn't started after 5 pulls, repeat all steps above.
After warming up for 10 seconds, move choke lever to run position.

Test the kill switch first, disconnect the kill switch and see if you have spark. Then the kill switch is not working or is grounding out. If not, the problem could be the ignition module.
