There is an adjustment for the chain. There is a sproket that you can loosen and adjust. You should be able to get it from the outside of the machine. Should be a 1/2in or 9/16in nut.

Remove the cap and carefully pour bar and chain lubricant into the chain oiler tank. ? Replace the cap and tighten securely. ? Check and refill the chain oiler tank every hour when using an electric power head or every time the engine is fueled when using a gas power head. NOTE: Do not use dirty, used, or otherwise contaminated lubricants. Damage may occur to the oil pump, bar, or chain.

The blades should be a simple bolt on, how ever there are no adjustments at the blade. Your adjustments are on the swing brackets that raise and lower the deck.

Cable traction needs adjusted

To adjust the self propel cable, loosen the cable
clamp, pull the cable downward to remove all the slack
then push the cable jacket up 1/8”
and secure with the cable clamp
