These cap screws thread into the basket inside the hull of the WingMan. This basket holds the mechanical parts and the potentiometers. If you wish to take a look on the interior of the hull (or case), it's better to open below; the bottom plate is secured by 5 Phillips screws located in the middle of the cushioning rings - except one of them, located nearby. Be careful.

They are not threat to anything, they just hold the joystick to the bezel. In order to open your joystick , you should look at the bottom of your whole base, and unscrew the screws there.

1987 jr50 throttle cable to carbuator

On top of the carburator is a round cap where the cable passes through, un-screw it, remove the spring underneath, along with the piston/needle assembly. Thread the cable through the cap and then the spring, compress the spring by hand and pull the cable slack through. The top of the piston has 2 holes side by side, one larger than the other, with a narrow groove connecting the two together, thread the cable end into the larger hole and while holding it with one hand, use the other to slide the cable through the narrow groove connecting the 2 holes so the cable end is now under the smaller hole.

Hilti TE72; i have a problem getting the bit out of the chuck, the sliding collar will not go back far enough due to damage on the metal shroud it slides over. How do i get the chuck off to get to it,...

First you lock the bit into a vise. Very tight. You then put a pipe wrench on the cap nut. The end piece with the metal ring with the holes in it. It will take a lot of effort to break it loose. It has regular threads. Screw the cap nut offf. oh yeah you can take it out of the vise now. under the cap nut you should have a large o ring. Remove that and the locking sleeve should move foward far enough to uncover the roller bearings holding the bit. You should then be able to remove your bit, the lock sleeve, the spring and the metal bell cap that is bent. Take a large diameter socket and lock it into the vise. but your bent bell around the socket and tap with a hammer until the dents are out. Then reassemble putting axel grease on the roller bearings to hold them in place. Again you will have to put your bit in a vise when it is back together to hold the chuck while you tighten ti down. DO NOT TRY TO TIGHTEN THE CHUCK WITHOUT A BIT IN IT AND LOCKED INTO A VISE. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN BREAKING THE SHIFT DETENT AND THE HOUSING INTERNALLY.

Hope this helps

How to replace the headlight on a 1987 chevy el camino

Check this GM Chevy Mid-Size Cars 1964-1988 procedure from Repair Guide...

Headlights - REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
If some or all of the headlight bulbs being replaced still operate, refer to the headlight aiming procedure later in this section to ease checking or adjustment of the headlights after installation.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Loosen and remove the retaining screws, then remove the headlight bezel from the front of the vehicle.
  3. On most models, the headlight bulb retaining ring is only held on by retaining screws. If so, remove the bulb retaining ring screws. These are the screws which hold the thin metal ring which holds the bulb against the adjusting plate. Do not touch the two headlight aiming screws, at the center of the top and side of the retaining ring (these screws will have different heads), or the headlight aim will have to be re-adjusted.

One way to identify the retaining ring screws is that they will be threaded through a lip on the outer edge of the retaining ring before threading through the adjusting plate. One the other hand, the adjustment screws are threaded through the adjustment plate and a spring loaded holder underneath it.

Fig. 1: Exploded view of a common dual headlight mounting assembly-1983 Malibu shown typical
  1. Some later model vehicles will use a spring on the retaining ring. If so equipped, disengage the spring from the retaining ring, using a cotter pin removal tool, then remove the retaining ring screws.
  2. Pull the bulb and ring forward and then separate them. Unplug the electrical connector from the rear of the bulb and remove the bulb from the vehicle.
To install:
  1. Plug the new bulb into the electrical connector.
  2. Position the retaining ring over the bulb, then install the assembly to the adjusting plate. Secure using the retaining screws and, if applicable, the spring.
  3. Install and secure the headlight bezel.
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.

How do you remove the stock radio from a 2007 accent hatchback

First, you have to remove the bezel that surrounds the radio. You have to find something thin and sturdy to slide in behind the bezel to carefully pry it away from the dash assembly. Something along the lines of a plastic spackling knife will prevent scratching the dash. There are no screws, only clips holding that bezel in place.

Once you remove the bezel, you will see four screws holding the stock radio in place. Remove those, then slide the radio out.

You will need to unplug the wiring and antenna from the rear of the unit for complete removal.

How to install power antenna motor on 2001 lexus

The power antenna is a plug and go item. You will need to open the inspection cover on the inside cargo area quarter panel to reveal the motor drive. There you will find a detachable power plug , antenna cord and a series of mounting bolts.
On the outside you will find a chrome bezel which is threaded and may have several notches in it. Using a set of needle nose pliers you can unscrew the bezel which works as a threaded cap and trim ring.
Then remove the internal mounting bolts and the unit should slide down and out from the inside of the cargo area. Take your time and don`t slip forcing the pliers or you will scratch the paint. Nice vehicle, mine is at 160,000 miles and counting
