White streaks on dark clothes after washing.

My AEG L86810 washing machine has never rinced properly, leaving white streaks on dark clothing. I clean the door seal regularly and have cut back hugely on the amount of liquid wash and softener. Even if I don't use softener I still get the marks.
Any ideas.

Reduce the load !!

You are getting white streaks because the clothes are so compressed the machine is not agitating them correctly.

My daughter gets the same problem and she still insists on packing the clothes in.

My wife washes the same clothes for her with the right load and they come out fine

GO AHEAD AND REPEAT ONLY THE RINSE CYCLE
IF THAT NOT OK THEN THE PROBLEM COME FROM LOW PRESSUR WATER INLET (SEE THE INLET FILTER).
IF THAT ALSO OK PLEAS INFORM US.
A LOT OF THANKS

I have this same problem washing 3 pairs of black pants in a HE washer. You can not tell me the load is too compacted. I have tried: putting water in machine, then detergent, letting it fill a little, then add the pants. I also do 2nd rinse on cycle. Do Another actual rinse cycle with a second rinse. Then I will spin with extended spin, because I hang to dry. I use liquid and use half what they recommend.
Any suggestions for me?

Why maytag washer is leaving white streaks on my dark clothes

It's lint that hasn't lifted off of the garment. Fluff it in the dryer to remove and find in lint filter when done.

Why do i get white streaks on dark clothes

Well if you use dry detergent than dry using a lighter duty liquid detergent, and be sure to buy the right kind. If your machine is high efficiency the get the h.e. approved detergent.

White streaks on dark clothes

The white streaks are of soap build up on your machine tub. You can get ried of that by putting cascade dish washing soap in your washing machine and run full cylece , with out clothes.

My front load kenmore leaves faint dark streaks in

look carefully inside the tub, gasket, lid. There may be some debris of some sort stuck somewhere causing this problem.

Then run the machine adding only two cups of vinegar. this will clean it.

Leaves white clothes gray

Many of the machines are having a similar issue I am trying to find a resolution to fixing this, there are two issues. First Whirlpool has just recently identified a problem with premature bleach dispensing. Another dispensing problem I had is that fabric softener had to be diluted otherwise it would not wash out of the dispenser. And finally, the fabric softener dispenser would still hold a small amount of water after the wash cycle completed.Removing the top of some washers I have found that there is often a lot of stainless steel polish residue around the rim of the machine - which should have been cleaned away before the machine was shipped from Whirlpool. The gray, oily residue was not visible without removing the top of the washer. Knowing now what has caused the dark gray streaks on many peoples laundry.

Kenmore washer leaves dark streaks on light colored clothes

I suggest you first take a clean, white cloth wetted with a stronger solvent such as 'Oops,' carburator or brake cleaner (with these two, DON"T overspray, they will damage plastic and paint) and wipe the drum inside to make sure there is not some gunk adhering that is gradually depositing itself with each wash cycle.
If you have a shade-tree mechanic in the family, they may have gotten a gob of grease on clothing that transfered to the inside of your machine.
If you don't find enough on the cloth to have caused the problem, I think you have lost a seal on the drum-side of the transmission.
