Panasonic Lumix DMC-G2

Hi! My G2 is originally set on japanese language, i tried to change it, but the option is not exist. How can i solv this problem?

    I do the factory reset, but the option is also not exist and i have only 4 pages on the setup menu.

    no, there isn't. this is the problem, but may i cant solv the problem with a hack tool. because there isn't language menu in japan version

It may exist but if you can't read Japanese just can't see it try entering the english version into a translator on yoir pc and see what the Japanese translation is

For a factory reset:
Turn on the camera, push the menu button, push left, down and then right.

You are now on SETUP menu.

Scroll up to the RESET option, push right and then answer YES two times.

Press [MENU/SET], select the [SETUP] menu with wrench icon then select the talking guy icon, select English then [MENU/SET].

Select menu
Select spanner(wrench) for setup menu.
Scroll down through the menu, there are five pages of menu items on my camera! it moves to a new page when you move off the bottom.
The language option is the penultimate item - it has an icon of a head with a speech bubble.

Turn the camera on. Slide the REC/PLAYBACK switch to REC (camera icon). Set the mode dial to the camera icon. Press MENU/SET to display the menu. Press Left-arrow. Use the Down-arrow to navigate to the wrench icon. Press Right-arrow to select the Setup menu. Navigate down to the icon of a face in profile with a speech balloon. Select that, then select English.

Slide the [REC]/[PLAYBACK] switch to the REC position (camera icon). Set the mode dial to AUTO (green camera). Press MENU/SET to display the menu. Select LANGUAGE (head with speech bubble). Pick your language from there.

It is possible that you got a discounted non international version.

They sometimes sell them at a reduced cost. But... Go to Panasonics website and download the owners manual and see if you can navigate as the manual shows. Send them an email if the menu item is missing. If not make a Japanese friend.

( in Japanese mode , all items are in - duh -

How to change th alanguage of menu from japanees to english in Lumix DMC-TZ7. it bought from japan.

Since we both cannot read Japanese, it may be necessary to simply go to what looks like the menu options and mess with it until it changes language. As long as you are in menu options, you will find the language option listed. Just fiddle with it as much as you can under settings. Once it is in english you may revery changes effortlessly :)
