Must be up to full running RPM to generate the right operating voltage. If it is running at full throttle and there is no power out, then the generator head needs to be repaired.

Circut board trips electricty board

Treadmills are machines with a considerable pull of electricity. Make sure you are operating on a dedicated circuit.

Most users have the machine plugged into a spare bedroom outlet ehich is either not dedicate (power source spread out to more then one outlet) or is a GFI outlet (Ground Fault Indicator).

These outlets are used so homeowners do not overload an outlet in an area where a resident will sleep and be in danger of a fore or death.

Usually in the first few pages of your owners manual it will give you the requirements for your machine.

You can run an extension cord to another room with a dedicated outlet, but the extension cord does not transmit all the power coming out of the outlet and will eventually lead to other issues, usually electrical issues within the machine.

You can use a multimeter to see what else could be the issue with your outlet, but will want to consider having an electrician put in a dedicated outlet.

No power electricty is going into machine but it has locked completely.

if you have no power going into the machine check your electrical breaker box to see if one of the breakers has tripped if this is a front load machine usually if the door locks up you can remove the lower panel on the very front bottom of the machine and reach up along the right side or if your door lock is oppistie on the left there is a small cord that you can pull to open the door to get at your clothes assure first that you have power going from the plug into your machine and as always if you are not used to doing electrical testing I would ask you to call a technician. It is always better to be safe when dealing with electricty if you have any further questions message me back and please remember to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations Thanks Rick

SHARP AE-A244J no cold air

Your possible problem could be something as simple as cleaning your coils. The outside coil could be possibly clogged with dirt or the worst is cottonwood if they exist in your area, this depends on how long the unit has been installed, be sure to unplug-shut down any & all electricty to the unit, spray coils with a good dirt solvent, 409 works good for this, hose the coil with as high a pressure as possible, let dry for at least 1 hour before connect electricty. Inside coils get clogged also, with running unit without filter, or using for a long period on time. Sometimes these are hard to get to, although you should be able to see them, if not call a pro. Another prob. could be low on freon, another job for a pro, this means you have a leak in the system.

My NorthStar 5500 generator head no longer produces any electrici

Specs do not mention a maximum safe rpm but the recommended shaft speed is 3600rpm. Even though it isn't a premium product I can't imagine the manufacturer would be so foolish as to design it so it breaks if that speed is exceeded by a reasonable amount for a short amount of time. The big question is what is a reasonable amount - I reckon a safety margin of 25% would be reasonable for a budget priced product and up to 40% for a premium product.

Over-revving is unlikely to do very much damage to the stator but the armature is at risk of damage and being brushless or self-energising, unless there is visible damage it is a difficult item to test without dedicated equipment.

I suggest you recheck all plugs, connections and cables and if no faults are found contact the manufacturer or dealer for advice, costs, etc...

Kenmore HE3 Front Load Washer

Remove the dipenser and feel down inside the hole. You will probably feel a detergent build up in the cavity. If so clean this out and rinse with hot water. This problem is becoming more common since people are washing more in cold water to save electricty. Some detergents and fabric softeners will not disolve in cold and it "gums" up the works. Post back to let me know what you find.

Well, If You've Had It For Four Years, It Definitely Sounds Like Your Router Has Died So To Speak. Most Routers Only Tend To Last A Few Years Of Being On Constantly. I Would Suggest Buying Another Router Because The Cost Of Repairing This One Really Isn't Worth it. Good Luck, Brodey
