many machine spin a full tub as they are pumping the water out
this helps to even out the washing load and reduce the unbalance situation
when the water is removed , the machine progresses the program to a high speed spin
call a technician as there may be a problem in the program board

Hi, If the inner tub has dropped down, you will need to change the block that holds the tub to the shaft. Remove the agitator cap and then use a 7/16" socket to remove the bolt holding the agitator in. Lift the agitator out and look at the block holding the inner tub. There should be two slots with two tabs sticking up inside them. You will probably see metal shaving as well. If this is what you see, please let me know and I can direct you on further repair.
Coupling is bad.
There is a coupling between the motor and the transmission. When this part breaks then it will pump the water out but won't spin or aggitate.
with the machine empty see if you can lift up only the tub and see if it drops down.check to make sure there is nothing between the tub and outer tub have you gotten an f-51 error?
