Serpintine belt replacement

If it a serpintine belt (meaning one belt runs everything) and it comes off on its own its time for a new belt to install new or reinstall old one . All cars have abelt routing diagram if not google your car and year asking for belt diagram. Locate tensioner usually turns with wrench ( socket or box end is best) route the belt according to dia. leave tensioner for last rotate pully with wrench to get belt over release tension on wrench thats all there is to it. But if belt keeps coming off usually indicates new belt is needed could also need tensioner pully its a good idea to replace both at the same time

I do not know what Diagram you are referring to. Also I am not sure if you have the Sonata with the 2.4L DOHC In-Line 4, or the Sonata GLS with the 2.5 SOHC V6.
In any case:

Loosen engine mount then jack engine up off mount and remove belt and replace! Lower engine back down on mount and re-torque nuts.

There are 2 possible engines for your Windstar, the 3.0L and the 3.8L. Below are both diagrams. Best of luck on your repair!

i believe that on that particular car you may need to remove the motor mount to be able to replace the belt

bring belt tensioner to where all the way moved
make sure you have belt set once you get the tensioner moves over the belt slides the rest way on and tensioner goes against belt
make sure belt is lined up properly
