unplug it take the top off the scews should be in the back then reach down inside the washer by the door lock and find a pull release hope this help every model in the usa has this but i am not familiar with your brand
Probably you have foreign stuff in the drain pump or the pump worn out. Unplug the machine and unscrew the pump cap, watch for water pouring out, prepare something to catch in the water, then inspect for coins, knobs, ... . Check if the pump wheel rotates freely. screw back the cap and try to start a new wash program
its not the heat element its the water pump i would say it has gone to ground try disconnecting the water pump if the fuse does not trip then replace the water pump
The outlet pump is triggered by the anti flood micro switch via the polystyreene float on the base of the washer. If any water for whatever reason (leaky pipe)is on the floor the machiene automatically switches to pump out mode and only works once the water and the cause is rectified..
Hello. I got error code C9 on a LAVAMAT 86800. It pumped in water, and it pumps out water. You can select pump in or out....But the motor dont turn. It will not sentrifuge. So I bought new carbon brush'es on the net. One of them were totally wore down. Now it works. They lasted for 10 years.
This seems like the anti flood system (polystireen float / micro switch) at the base of the washer is triggered,\. This puts the washer in pump out mode and stops inlet of water via the inlet solinoid. Dry the water on the base and then check for any water leaks. (pipe leak
Just fixed a similar problem on an AEG F3A by following other advice on this site. Simply tip the machine forwards on to its door (best empty it of crockery first!!!).and then put it upright again when water has stopped dripping out of it. You wil get quite a bit of water on your floor which I reduced by pumping the water out of the salt resevoir first - but if you don't have a pump just have several towels handy
Hi, just solved the same problem with our aeg lavamat w 1020. Try checking the filter tray (or port) at the bottom left-hand corner of your machine. This was our problem and as soon as the blockage was removed the machine could be pumped out. It appears to be running OK now.
