Vibratone Whole Body Vibration Machine Model:AB-759. We purchased in Jan. 2013. Recently when turned on the operational noise level his increased significantly and now in the middle of a 20 min. cycle the vibration stops. If footplate is manually moved the machine will start vibrations for a short period and then stops again after a few minutes.

The shock absorbers may need greasing, Put a bit of grease (the thick motor type) around where the smaller diameter part of the shock absorber enters the larger part, the take of the lid (isolate from mains) and give a a few hefty shoves on the drum downwards to help the grease to work in. Excessive knocking on the lead up to full spin could also be caused by an uneven load, the unit as a whole not being level or the unit being located on a joisted floor which increases vibration. Hope this helps

Inspect the leveling feet on the rear stabilizer of the
elliptical. Note if both sides are not flush to the floor. Unplug the
machine if they are not flush to the floor.
Turn the leveling feet on one side or both with your hand
until they are fully in contact with the floor so the machine will not
make noise and tilt sideways during workouts
Plug in the machine. Use the machine as normal and listen
for any noises. Clean and calibrate the ramp again if there is noise but
the machine doesn't rock, and adjust the leveling feet again if the
elliptical wavers.
Not an expert but had identical symptoms. Problem was the loosening of the nut 27mm on the main pully. Simply remove lower back panel (16- torx 20 screws ) and tighten same.
If this does not hold over time, the pully hub has been damaged, and a shim, ( shopmade washer ) may solve problem. Remove belt, and pully, look for damage, and install thin shim, so that the nut will not bottem out on bolt before tightening on the pully hub. Good Luck, Lee
first rotate the tires see if there is a change. If that does not have a desirable effect there may be a worn wheel bearing, take note if the sound or vibration gets louder as you turn a corner, try left turns as well as right turns if the noise increases it is a wheel bearing.
one or two of your dampners are either lose or broken.
Open machine and check all dampeners . replace the roken ones. Dont use the machine as it will increase damage
