How can you get ride of neck and shoulder pain for the back seat rider?
Talk to a chiropractor about the way you hold on. I discovered (front seat) that lowering your elbows releases tension on your neck and shoulders. I try to ride like that all the time, now, and find I can easily do 3 or 4 times the saddle time I used to. My rear
gets sore way before my neck & shoulders, from that one simple tip.
The problem is the forward controls and the handle bars combined not just the bars.
The problem will never be fixed just by fitting bar risers that will take some pressure off your wrists , but realistically there wouldn't be much there anyway because of the seating position on the America.
Might be time to start looking at a different bike.
