Washing machine does not spin

From the information you have provided water will fill, drain and spin but your Frigidaire washer is not agitating. This could be a problem with your motor, belt, or pulley. The GE has a capacity of 3.3 cubic feet. You did not list the model of the kitchenaid. Make sure the GE was stored correctly because if it might have lost oil or gotten brittle belts or gaskets. Also it might have frozen.

not enough information. there may be a loose or broken drum spring, or the belt may be loose and or worn. If its a two speed one of the gears may be worn.

All you need to do, is see if you can find a Pressure Switch available at a Spares Depot. This is the problem with your Washing Machine. I do not know if you will still be able to get one though. The pressure switch notifies the Timer/Module when there is sufficient water in the Tub to commence washing.

my kenmore washer elite11 leaks water in the rinse cycle on the floor.

With the age of the machine, although Speed Queen's are built like a tank, the suspension systems are one of the most worked systems on a clothes washer,so, that being said, I would check all related parts of the suspension system, springs,pivot,etc,.these parts do get tired, think of the amount of loads of clothes that you have run through the washer over those 15 years.

if your machine is direct drive you may have a broken drive coupling does it still drain the water if so i think this will be your problem let me know how you went

kitchen aid "quiet scrub" won't pump out the water? perhaps replace the unit or fix it?

Some further checking indicated a bad transmission. As the unit is 15 years old, I decided the best solution was a new machine! ..
