Can afternoon sun treat Jet lag? - Luggage & Travel

    I don't know that much about treating the Jet Lag but I know a few things about preventing it from happen. You should get a lot of sleep before the actual flight. And not only the night before. You need to start preparing a few days before. I heard that if you travel east, you can go to bed one hour earlier than you usually do, two days before the flight, and 2 hours earlier the night before the sleep. I never tried that, but some people said that it works. And you travel west, you do the contrary - go to sleep later.
