The drivers for your camera could be downloaded from here. Need to select your OS from the pull down menu before downloading

when poweris on but shutter doset open

maybe you inserted the memory card improperly? this happened to me too.

uninstall this program from your computer and reinstall it same program in CDR or download a new version on Sony Web

E:91:01 is error code related to Flash Circuit abnormality. It requires qaulified technician to fix and such person would be available at nearest Sony repair shop.
