My Whirlpool Toploader washer model LSR8233JO1 stops at rinse cycle after draining. I have to manually advance it to the spin cycle and sometimes it won't spin.

Dawntm,
It is possible that you have a timer issue since you say you are having to manually advance the timer. There is a small motor mounted on the timer that normally advances the timer and for some reason, possibly a burned contact, it is not advancing from that point. You might need to call in a repair tech. Hope this helps!

Ultimate Care II toploading washer doesn't empty or spin after ag

Hello, I can help.

If your washer doesn't spin or pump water out but the motor is running, your washer probably has a frozen pump pulley. If so, you need to replace the pump. To check the pulley, remove the pump from the washer and try to rotate the pulley manually. If it doesn't turn freely--if it's frozen or stiff--replace it.
