During power on cycle,lens mechanism resets and move outward.If lens get any
external obstruction on it's path of moving outward,it can't position to pre-defined
place and an error signal is detected by camera system and further movement is stopped
with a error display "Turn the power off and on again".Please read my blog

Here are some of the steps to you can reboot your pc without using a keyboard:

1) Long press the power button
- Press the power button for about 3-5 seconds. If the power LED or power supply fan shuts off, that means you have successfully turn off your pc. Press it again to turn on.

2) Unplug the power cord from the power supply
- Force your pc to shutdown by unplugging the power cord from the power supply of your pc. Put it back again and press power button to turn on.

Note: Please make sure you have saved important activities before doing this as this will immediately turn off your pc.

Error: TURN THE POWER OFF AND ON AGAIN is displayed on the LCD screen when the Lens Mechanism is stuck or when affected by any malfunction. If turning the power on and off again does not resolve the error message, try doing a power reset and Initialize option.

Performing a manual power reset

Turn off the camera.

Remove the battery pack.

Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.

Allow the camera to remain without power for 60 seconds.

Reinsert the battery pack.

Turn on the camera.

To reset the Camera back to factory default, select the INITIALIZE Option from the Main Settings Menu of the Camera to OK.This will set the user defined settings back to factory default. The images and videos will not get deleted.


If the issue persists, service may be required.

My lens does not retract when i turn the power off. When i turn it on again the message 'turn power off then on again' keeps coming. what can i do

Turns on but just has black screen.power is on all cords checked.

levet cool down and remouve the hdd and power on
after that reinstal the hdd it shuld work again
