Pressing the info (several times) on the remote will show what mode it is in.
The sound mode for movies is selected by pressing the movie button on the remote.

Print a Parameter Setting Report.
Power off the printer.
Close all printer covers and doors.
Hold down the and buttons on the printer and power the printer on.
Release your fingers from the keys when the message Diagnosing... appears.
Customer Mode and ESS Diag are displayed.
Press the button to select Customer Mode.
Press the or button until Parameter appears and press the button.
On the LCD, the Parameter menu appears.
Press the or button until Print appears and press the button.
The Parameter Setting Report prints.
Press the Cancel button to stop the test.
Reseat the toner cartridge based on the error: Yellow = (0093-930) Magenta = (093-931) Cyan = (093-932) Black = (093-933).
If error persists after reseating the cartridge replace the cartridge.

Are you sure you did not change anything in the monitor settings?
Press the menu button, then got the wrench symbol in that part of the menu choose monitor settings and then press ok,
See what mode you are in and cycle through the possibilities. Don't stop where it says monitor off, but in one of the other settings.

Rotate the Live View switch to the LV position. Focus by pressing the shutter release button halfway. Start recording by pressing the movie-record button. Stop recording by pressing the movie-record button again.

With this type of error, the control panel will need to be reset. The following steps will allow you to reset your control.

Solution:

1. Clear the ERROR from the screen: Press and hold the MY CYCLES and BACK buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The control will display any recorded errors. Please write down what error codes are shown on your screen in case service is needed. If a MORE icon is displayed on the screen, press MORE to list additional errors. When the EXIT button appears, press EXIT.



2. Remove Power: Follow the onscreen instructions to remove power (unplug unit) and then immediately plug unit back in.



3. Clear Setup Mode: After power is restored, a setup screen that begins with "Congratulations..." will be shown. DO NOT PRESS the OK button shown at the bottom of the screen. Press the START/STOP and POWER buttons simultaneously until the Home Screen is displayed.

Hi, Here is the procedure on how to play the video clip on your camera. Play mode If you have turned on the camera by pressing the POWER button, you can press the PLAY MODE button once to switch to Play mode and press it again to switch to Recording mode. You can turn the power on with the play mode button. The camera is turned on in play mode. Press the play mode button again and the camera will be turned off. You can set up the PLAY mode function by using the camera buttons and LCD

1. Select the PLAY mode by pressing the play mode button.
2. The last image stored on the memory is displayed on the LCD monitor.
3. Select the recorded movie clip and press the Play & Pause button to play back.
- To pause a movie clip file while playing it back, press the play & pause button again.
- Pressing the play & pause button again will cause the movie clip file restart.
- To rewind the movie clip while it is playing, press the LEFT button. To fast forward the movie clip, press the RIGHT button.
- To stop playback of the movie clip, press the play & pause button, and then press the LEFT or RIGHT button.

Press RECORD/PLAY Button to switch from Record Mode to Playback Mode.
The Playback Mode is for viewing and managing movies and pictures as well as listening to voice and
music on the built-in memory or on an optional memory card.

To record movie clips first of all press the menu button, this will refelect the shooting menu of your camera, select the first option of shooting modes by the navigating keys circling the menu/ok button. Then press the right arrow on the navigating keys, this will open the modes of shooting. Generaly while first use always AUTO is selected, you may scroll up to select the movie mode and then press ok button. Now you are ready to record clips. Click on the shutter button (picture button on the top of the camera) to start recording clips and when you are done re-click to stop recording.

A properly functioning camcorder will report this if it has both a card for recording and a tape mechanism for recording, with a switch set "in card position" when you press the movie mode record button. If you have a camcorder like this, look for a button marked "photo" that is used specifically for snapping still photos.

After selecting Quicktime Movie mode from the mode dial, you can begin recording by pressing the shutter button. Press the shutter button again to stop recording the movie.
