first insert the cd and then go to my computer and then right click open to F drive and go to crack and copy the file in it and then go to your desktop and then right click to the cricket 07 icon and select properties and select find target and then paste it on that folder and then enjoy the game.
IF YOU PUT OTHER DISK IN AND IT WORKS - AND CD - AND IT WORKS YOU EITHER HAVE A BAD DISK OR YOU DO NOT HAVE A DVD AND YOU NEED A DVD TO WORK THE GAME TRY COMPLETELY REMOVING THE CD - DVD PLAYER YOU HAVE AND REBOOT WITHOUT IT - THEN FIND AND REMOVE THE DRIVERS - THEN REINSTALL IT. You need to do a complete uninstall since most uninstall programs leave lots of junk behind and fool the computer into "thinking" that the software is still installed.. See if manufacturer has software available (EX - Norton has sit) that does a complete uninstall. If not you will have to get brave and to into the registry using regedit to remove all vestiges of the program and then reinstall it. Good luck.
Or try a system restore point that was generated BEFORE the date of your original install of the program!
