Lots of people are having difficulty opening the accessory calculator that comes with Windows 10. I have found success in overcoming the problem (and it's very easy). Most Answers use procedures that are wayyyy to complicated. Try this first:
Click Start then follow the tree > Settings > System > Apps and Features > Calculator > Advanced Options, find and push RESET. This should allow the calculator to once again launch. I have used it for version 10.1703.601.0.
Also, be sure and NOT select "Date Calculation" in the Menu Options. If you do, you will have to RESET again.
