Yard machine snow thower no spark

Remove the recoil cover and check the coil for proper gap (use a buisines card between tne coil and the magnets on the flywheel it should be snug but not to snug you cant get the card in between) if that is to tight you will have to adjust it, if it is ok than disconnect the ground wire and check for spark, if still no spark than your coil is no good, if you have spark than check the ground wire for a bare spot cause it is grounding out some where. also check the throttle shut off wire that it is not contacting metal when throttle is up and if it has a key that the wire there isn't cotacting metal also. Please let me know how you make out and if we have to check further.

Engine keeps flooding out

Recommend completely draining the fuel system. Tank, lines, and carb. Make sure everything is clean and dry. Clean or replace fuel filter. Always try to store it with a full tank of fuel. It is common to get condensation when the weather goes from warm to cold and back.

Snow blower is running sluggish with the choke in the on position

It sounds like you my need to rebuild and clean the carburator. Or you have an air leak between the carb and the cylinder.

Snowblower cuts out,

You have a single stage Tecumseh engine in that, if you look at the nut that holds the bowl on it should have the main bolt that holds the bowl and what looks like a screw going thru the center of the nut, the screw part is your high speed idle adjustment. While machine is running turn the screw in just a little at a time listening for the idle to go up. If it doesn't go up and it starts to bog then turn the screw out and listen for the same thing .when you here the idle go up then it starts to go back down then turn it back to peak and your set. It's best that you do this when it's cold so you can run it long enough to adjust, other wise it's not good to run it for any length of time in warm conditions.

Toro CCR 2450 Snowblower has new plug & gas but will only start with added starter fluid then will run until trying to start again.

Question edited for clarity. When you put it away at the end of last snow season, I expect you just rolled it to the corner of the garage and left it until now? The two stroke gas in the carburetor, went bad and gummy. It starts on starter fluid because no gas is coming from the carb. https://www.google.com/search?q=toro+ccr+2450+carburetor+cleaning ..
