I'm sorry perhaps I am misunderstanding. You are using a Need for Speed Carbon copy for playstation, on a PC ?

NFSC.exe is a windows error. Are you using the playstation disc in a computer ?

copy the crack folder from the downloaded file and then paste it on the file where you have extracted the game doing this probably will help you
