Hi I just bought a
at present its not possible because the language changing software are still not made.Nintendo DSi are regional coded, both the console and the games , if you buy a Japanese device, you'll have to buy Japanese games too. This is a huge drawback for users who don't speak Japanese, because you can't just change the language into English.but its said that company will launch the software to change the language .it will be launched in english,chinese,irish and japnese.at present only japnese dsi are available.
you will have to wait till march 2010 for this software to be launched.as its said by the company.many users are waiting for this software.

How can i make my ds lite work after a spilled water on it
first of all take the battery out disasemble as much as posible take covers off use air to blow inside and dry leave over night upside down use cilica to absorb moistrure if you have any leave in a dry warm enviroment use a low hair dryer all these might save it test next day see if comes alive
Ds pen not working on
If your stylus pen is not working on the touch screen there could be a couple of reasons. The screen could be heavily scratched , you could have a screen protector that is making it not function properly or your touch screen may have failed. I replace touch screens for $20.00. If you are a do it your selfer you could buy the touch screen off of eBay and you could find how to replace it on the internet. You would need a tri-wing screwdriver,a good set of eyes and patience. Yes, you have damaged the screen. The screen is an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). That "ink" you see is the liquid inside the screen that has been released due to damage. You can try to replace the screen, but that will be costly. You will have to find a new screen and then have someone replace it for you (if you are not a technician). this can add up to the price of a new DS. I wouldnt try to fix the DS, I would recommend purchasing either a used or new one.

Ds lite to english
First, go to the Settings Menu (the small DS icon at the bottom in the main menu). Then click on the first, pink icon with a white wrench on it. Press the icon with the sphere-like shape on it. Finally, select the language you want. Press confirm and you're done!
