I think that when you down load the videos onto your ipod, you are using your iPod as a disk drive. They are on the drive just not where you can see them or view them.

When you do an import in iTunes, you tell iTunes where the videos are and tell iTunes to import the file or folder. You should be using the video tab in iTunes when you do an import. The videos should show up in your video list in iTunes. You then need to tell iTunes to sync your videos. You should then be able to see your shows on your iPod after the syncing is done. Yeah. Go to apple.com- click ipod plus itunes, and click download itunes. And its totally free to download it. Then you have to buy a card at the store, scratch off the silver part, go to itunes store, click redeem, enter in the code that you scratched off, and you are set to buy music, videos, podcasts, etc.

ps:if you run out of money on your card and you cant buy another one yet, or you dont have a card yet, you can make purchases thru a credit or debit card (which is why it asks for credit or debit card info in the beggining)

You might have to replace the logic board if you mean sound isn't coming from the dock you connected to. If sound doesn't come out of your headphones/jack, you need to replace the headphone jack, which is easier than to replace the logic board, if your going to do it yourself.

The movie was RENTED? not bought, it shouldnt work, so you need to buy a movie, so it doesnt get blacked out after the rental time is up.

I did some digging and came up with a possible solution. I plugged the iPod into my PC, brought up Device Manager, went to Disk Management, then looked for the iPod capacity in the list. I went through the stages of formatting it with Windows then I restarted the restore from iTunes. I was successful in being able to restore the iPod and getting the latest update installed. to delete music from your ipod you must delete it from itunes
connect the usb cord that connects your ipod and computer. open your itunes go to your music files right click to the song(s) you want to delete once you completed this steps SYNC your ipod. uplug your ipod this should help

If you have an Exclamation mark next to the song, it means the computer cannot locate the song. Remember that Itunes is only a player, and the music is not there. It should be kept in your music folder. If you go to ADVANCED and select consolidate library, all mp3s or itunes playable audio will be consolidated.
