Pop the top cover off the agitator to access the 4 agitator dogs.
They must be replaced.

I would recommend getting the service manual for your model as some models have clutches that control spin and others have belts. The service manual would be the best route if you are planning on repairing this yourself. If timer doesn't move through entire cycle, timer is bad. Only exception to that is if lid switch is bad.

replace the lid switch. that's what i have to do with mine. i researched it a few weeks ago. Simple cheap fix - i think it was about $20

The problem might be motor is short circuited kindly replace the motor to solve your problem

If it doesn't fill for the rinse, I would say that the cold inlet valve has failed. Check that the cold tap is turned on and check when the machine fills for the wash cycle and see if it is taking hot or cold water. You will probably find that it is filling only with hot water. A local spares store should have the valve you need.
