Open the right side door. on the door you will see a sponge looking roller that roller is on the back side of the paper. On the front side is the Transfer belt which is inside the machine across from it when the cover is closed DO NOT TOUCH THE BELT THE SHINEY LOOKING THING THAT gets nicked or damaged you will see it on the print. Any way the code is for the sponge roller check and make sure it is installed properly, two levers at each end lock it in place. the whole assy. that the roller is on has a motor system that could also me a problem. If that roller is OK was it replaced when the belt was replaced? If not get a tech to look at it. Most likely there is paper stuck in the very back behind one of the trays. Take both trays out and see if there is any paper jammed (could be a small piece). Put trays back in but leave them open, turn off the printer, unplug it, wait 5 minutes, plug it back in, turn it back on and push in the trays.

I had the same issue and fixed it by adding the group "Everyone" to the shared folder permissions (where I was sending my scans) and assigning the "Everyone" group rights to "change" and "read".

Try 12345678.  That worked for me for my Bizhub C250.

The error code c3451 refers to a copier warm up error; the machine had not reached the correct temp within a specific time.
I bet it happened when you first switched on one morning.
Easy to reset and fault usually goes away.

To Reset switch machine off using the switch inside the front door, not the one on the control panel.
Whilst holding the UTILITY key down on the control panel switch the machine back on keeping the UTILITY key held down. Eventually a Trouble reset key will be displayed in the LCD screen, touch this, OK will be displayed then power the machine off and then back on.

This will reset the error code, if the code reoccurs then there will be a problem with the fuser unit in the machine, and this will require replacing.

didn't find this code, so dis you read the code correctly and is the model write. you can try troble reset. turn off printer and then on again, holding utility key down. push trouble reset, and reboot again.

C-3421 = Fusing heaters trouble
To Reset:
1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

If error code returns a technician is needed to replace fuser section. Call local dealer with error code and tell them to make sure a tech brings a fuser assembly.

It is a fuser error.

Try resetting. To reset a Rank A error follow these steps:

1. Turn OFF the Main Power Switch.
2. Turn Main Power Switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the Main Power Switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.
If the error recurrs then do the following:
1 Check the Fusing Unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).
2 Check the Fusing Unit, PWB-M and PU1 for proper connection and correct or change as necessary.
3 Change Fusing Unit
4 Change PWB-M
5 Change PU1

To print the transmission report:

1. Press the [Fax/Scan] key to display the Fax mode screen.
2. Touch [FAX Menu].
3. Touch [TX Report] on the Set 1 tab.

4. Select how to output the report, and then touch [Enter].
– Default: The transmission report is printed according to the previously specified method.
– ON: The transmission report is printed with each transmission.
– If TX Fails: The transmission report is printed only if the fax could not be sent.
– OFF: The transmission report is not printed, regardless of the transmission result.

this is a waste toner box error the waste toner box could be defective or the full sensor is defective i would start with replacing the waste toner box and clean the sensors on the door with some canned air the waste box and the sensors are located inside the lower front door the instructions on how to remove the waste box are on a label on the inside of the door

Go into the PDS settings and change tab from single page to multiple page.

check The Transfer Belt or it can be the Black Image Unit . (P9 & P21 normally: black Imaging unit) but P21 can also be refered to Transfer Belt). ..
