Hi, Can you please tell me where the drain pump
See page 23 of the (UK) user's instructions, which you can download from the AEG website. The pump is accessed from the front of the machine. There's a small cover panel at the bottom right corner. Just remove the cover, and unscrew the plug carefully so that water can drain gradually into a shallow tray. TURN THE POWER OFF FIRST.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Spares Suppliers
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer spares' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can order. Alternately you could try telephone directories for spares suppliers but I would think the former would be more successful.
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Before suggesting that you call out an engineer, this could be that the element is coated in calcium. I suggest you run the contents of a couple of sachets of proprietary limescale removing powder/fluid through it. The most efficient way is to put the contents in an empty washer and pour a kettle of hot water into the drum then leave overnight. In the morning run just a spin; the water mix will then go through the drain filter and drain motor impeller blades, doing absolutely NO harm whatsoever! In fact carry this out a second time just to make sure it is clean(er).
If it still fails to heat then a call out is required, sorry ;-0(
Good luck with cleaning!

Hi
Thanks for using FixYa. Error E50 indicates motor
fault, you’ll have to check the brushes and wiring of the motor and check if it
makes a hum sound, if it does and you can see that the motor is not working
then it is the motor that should be replaced. If everything else appears to be
working fine then it is the PCB that should be replaced. Please do accept the
solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
Thanks
