hello yes there should be 1 on the power board inside the washer glass type beware if you put another 1 in and it blows again then theres a dead short on the board. also make sure you put the same rated fuse back in if you do not find a glass fuse there might be a soldered in fuse called a wickman i hope this help

The Hmming could say the pump works just fine. But I'm sure the not draining is caused a Valve in the Pump being dis-aligned or something. Try to contact service repair guys, or call and describe the fault :)

E21 means a blockage in the drain pump. I would check the impeller spins freely. A coin from a pocket can cause that error as it gets stuck in the impeller.

Remove the line to the water level sensor, release the vacuum and it might solve. Also check inlet and drain blocks.

If the water flows though the inlet then the flow pressure should be good, if not the inlet valve is bad or there is dirt in the filter. Also check the flow at the inlet of the water line. Once the water comes into the system the WATER LEVEL SENSOR - normally a pressure switch- must activate at the preset/chosen level to give the signal to the program controller to switch on the motor. What is most important for the motor to start functioning is that the door switch must be ON when the door is shut or this will be an error for starting the motor for rinse and wash.
