EFO = Filter Blocked (low flow) and it is accessible from the bottom front of the machine.

1. there is a blockage in the filter or drain hose.takes too long to drain out.
2. over dosing of powder or liquid. again can cause an air lock in the pump which slows the drain pump down.

Check the filter and drain hose and test again. this fault will only come up at the end of a cycle.
You do not need to reset the machine to get rid of the fault code as this is automatically deleted.

Run an empty load with no detergent in an attempt to get rid of the code.

can be at any angle as long as you dont crimp the hoses

Rubber gasket due to their function would be tight fitting, you may need to force it out. Often it would have a lip or locking protrusion to keep it in places. The hard part is being able to remove a portion of it off the framework and the rest will follow.

can't see any reason why you can't use solar heated water as long as the pressure is sufficient for the machine. this is important

congratulations, it may help you if you use a bit of water with a bit of detergent as lubricant when snapping back the rubber gasket in place.

Yes most likely the brushes. Easy to fix takes just time.
Remove motor remove back plate of motor and it will show how to remove them

that's a really intense operation..you'll need to remove the tub to do this. quite a job, actually..
