Could be door boot seal or indeed the drum having a hole in it, the seal is simple to do drum is not worth while.....Although a good grade Silicone would seal it...

It would appear that the drum seal and bearings have failed. If you have been doing constant cold water washing and using fabric softener and the machine is over 5 years old, I would say its time for a new machine. There are not many that last past 5 years any more especially with cold water and fabric softener usage. Bearing and seal replacement can be very expensive. The drum shaft (Spider assembly) will probably need changing as well.

With the help of someone, tilt the washer forwards towards you, this will give you more room to get your hands inside to fit the belt, it is awkard, but can be done, I have done it this thay on many occasions, otherwise, it entails removing the rear half of the cabinet, not an easy job!!!!!¬.

Need to remove pump to open and check what is sticking in the impellar. Check pipes for blockages. Also check pump motor by itself. reassemble and retry.

If I am correct in my assumption that when you set it to a certain programme it seems not to be at the correct one that you thought.Then this is not the timer at fault but some little plastic cogs behind the control knob when these break either due to normal wear and tear or some one trying to turn the timer the wrong way.The Main cam and the indicator will need replacing.This is not an exspensive repair for parts anyway.

From what you describe, I would agree with you in concluding that the main drum bearings have gone.
Problem is, until it is stripped down, there is no way of knowing if it has worn the drum shaft.
This being the case, then it it is really beyoind economical repair.

not sure whay you wish to know, replacing the bearings is quite a big job/ expessive if over 5 yrs old suggest new machine....
