When I try to tack a photo the screen is very dark , and the picture quality is very bad sony DSC-T3

Hi,

Send the camera to a autorized repair center and they will repair it for free, this is a problem from the CCD sensor a has a special warranty

u are lucky u can get it free of charge replacement just tell me which region u belong there is a known issue of CCD failure u will get free of charge repairs for that from sony service centre in ur area and they will accept this info pls rate me FIXYA for this

Unsatisfactory LCD preview display

Some times user doesn't care product category thats why I asked model number.
Now, problem is bad CCD imager in DSC-T3 and this part will be replaced to bring camera in business.

Part number of CCD imager is as follows...

A-1075-408-A CCD BLOCK ASSY (Supplied with CD-535 board)

Its available in Part Store and if you have expertise in camera repair, you can do it yourself, it is easy job.

Error message

I used some compressed air to blow around the camera lens opening. I think there must have been some dust there during our trip across the Simpson Desert which was the problem.
