Normal aspect ratio is 4:3, and the wide aspect ratio is 16:9. If you play a game meant for 4:3 and you change the TVs aspect ratio to 16:9; part of the picture will be cut off. It is not the fault of the TV.

Using the tv remote (or selecting TV button on cable universal remote) hit the INFO button. It remove the channel # for me. I might have a different model.

If the remote control is a universal remote control, in most cases, the input selection button won't work. To make a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. This must make it a hard reset. U using the RCA AV cable Y,R,W plug into those tv video input holes wright?Tries another RCA Y,R,W AV cable,see if it work?U have tools like a soldering iron,a roll of solders,also can u do basic soldering?Tries take some alchahol clean the Yellow input hole and take the tv aparts resolders it connections joints,now the video out it should work again,if not yellow input hole might be shorted require replacing.

You've probably locked out that channel. Go to menu and add the channel. See if that helps.
