Hi,
It could also be due to one of the following reasons
- UMD cd is dirty, scratched or the case surrounding the UMD is broken
- Another possible problem is that the laser that reads the UMD is either smudged, foggy or broken.
First, try whether it reads the other
UMD disk, if it works with other
UMD disk then this disk might be the problem.
If not it might be a problem with the Laser, take a q-tip and clean it with that (do not wet the q-tip! leave it dry!)
- Finlay it could just be that a wires that was accidentally cut by any violent tosses or through (shooken violently)
if still u cant find he problem it might be that its too old or u need an
upgrading your psp firmware to 6.00 version.This can be directly done from the sony support page and
upgrading the firmware may improve your
PSP performance and solve your issue
If still!.... then i
suggest u you to take the
PSP to nearest center and fix it.
